Our Foundations & Slabs Work
Everything built on top of a foundation inherits its mistakes. We dig and pour footings, lay block foundation walls, fill and compact, and pour the slab — square, level, and at the elevation the plans call for. We do this for houses, shops, carports, barns and equipment pads all over Knox and Union counties, including jobs on wooded and sloped lots where getting a level pad means moving dirt first.
Dug to bearing, poured, and block laid on top. The part nobody ever sees again is the part that decides whether the rest of it moves.
Vapor barrier, reinforcement and a compacted fill under it. Poured and finished in one operation so there is no cold joint through the middle.
