Sosa Concrete is a family-run concrete company working out of Union County, just north of Knoxville. Concrete is the only thing we do. Not concrete plus roofing, not concrete plus remodeling — flatwork, foundations and the walls that hold them up, which is why our crew can walk onto a job and know within a minute whether the ground under it is going to hold.
Between them our crew brings over twenty years on the tools and more than five hundred completed projects: driveways, stamped patios, pool decks, footings and slabs, sidewalks, steps and retaining walls, for homeowners and businesses across Knoxville, Maynardville, Clinton, Maryville and Sevierville. Some of it is a two-car apron in a subdivision. Some of it is a quarter mile of drive winding down through the trees to a dock.
We are licensed and insured, estimates are free, and we would rather tell you the base needs another day than pour on top of something that is going to move. Call and we will come look at the actual job instead of guessing over the phone.

Our Process

Free estimate
We come out to your place in Knoxville, Maynardville or wherever the job is, walk it, measure it and give you a real number. No charge and no pressure.

Layout and grade
Before anything gets poured we strip, grade and set the fall. This is the step the cheap bid skips, and it is the reason the cheap bid comes back.
03
Forms and reinforcement
Formed to line and grade, then fiber, mesh or rebar depending on what is going to drive on it and what the soil is doing underneath.
04
Pour and finish
Poured, screeded, floated and finished in one operation — broom, stamped or smooth, whatever the job is. Joints cut so the cracks land where we put them.
05
Cure and walkthrough
We tell you straight when you can walk on it and when you can drive on it, clean up the site, and then walk it with you.
